SURGA DIBAWAH TELAPAK KAKI IBU

Berbhakti, suatu kata yang mempunyai arti cukup luas. Berbhakti berarti melakukan sesuatu dengan ikhlas untuk mendukung/membantu/meningkatkan/mengorbankan sesuatu demi orang lain,organisasi,bangsa,negara,agama. 

Manusia hidup setelah dilahirkan. Ibu yang melahirkan manusia telah mengorbankan segala sesuatu demi keselamatan anak yang akan dilahirkan. Selama lebih dari 9 bulan seorang ibu mengalami penderitaan karena harus mengandung bayi dalam rahimnya. Pengorbanan ini dilakukan secara ikhlas dan tak seorang ibu yang meminta balasan kepada anaknya atas pengorbanan yang telah dilakukan. 

Namun sebagai seorang anak, manusia harus menyadari betapa besarnya pengorbanan ibu. Bahkan penghargaan Allah SWT kepada seorang ibu dengan menempatkan "Sorga dibawah telapak kaki ibu" akankah manusia melupakan ini semua ? jangan !! sebagai manusia harus menghormati dan menghargai ibu yang telah melahirkan kita. 

Bagaimana sebaiknya yang harus dilakukan seorang anak agar dapat mencapai tempat dibawah telapak kaki ibu ? Mari berbhakti kepada Ibu. Berbhakti kepada ibu tidak membutuhkan biaya, tidak membutuhkan pengorbanan harta, hanya dengan mendengarkan pesan/petuah/perintah ibu dan melakukannya dengan ikhlas. Jangan sekali-kali membantah ibu, karena tidak ada ibu yang akan menjerumuskan anaknya. 

Semua yang dikatakan dan dilakukan ibu selalu untuk kebaikan anaknya. Apapun yang dikatakan seorang ibu adalah do'a dan Allah SWT selalu mengabulkan do'a ibu bagi anaknya. Berbuatlah segala sesuatu yang tidak menentang keinginan ibu, meskipun seorang ibu hampir selalu memaafkan kesalahan anaknya, namun ibu juga manusia yang tidak lepas dari khilaf dan lupa. 

Dapat saja seorang ibu lupa bahwa apapun ucapannya adalah do'a. Bila anak berbuat sesuatu yang menyakitkan hati ibu bisa saja ibu mengucapkan kata yang akan menjeruuskan anaknya, karena kalimat spontan ibu selalu dikabulkan ALLAH SWT. 

Oleh karenanya selalu berbahktilah kepada ibu, dengan melakukan pesan, nasihat dan perintah ibu. dan jangan sekali-kali menyakiti hati ibu.

Dalam kehidupan organisasi militer,  yang tidak pernah lepas dari bahan pembicaraan dan diskusi, baik pada acara resmi ataupun tidak resmi adalah kepemimpinan, karena dalam mengelola organisasi militer faktor ini menjadi faktor sangat penting dan berpengaruh mutlak terhadap keberhasilan ataupun kegagalan dalam pelaksanaan tugas.   Dalam kepemimpinan yang diterapkan pada organisasi militer,  mereka memilahkan kepemimpinan dalam beberapa tingkatan  sesuai dengan karakter dan pola yang diterapkan dalam mengelola organisasi.   Beberapa yang tidak asing yang sering didengar adalah kepemimpinan tatap muka, kepemimpinan senior dan kepemimpinan strategis.   Namun dari semua tingkatan kepemimpinan ini,  pola yang diterapkan dan memiliki peran penting adalah kepemimpinan lapangan, sebagai implementasi dari azas dan prinsip kepemimpinan yang dipercaya sebagai sebuah pedoman yang bila diterapkan secara benar, maka akan mewujudkan keberhasilan dalam kepemimpinan.   

            Patut disadari bahwa apa yang diterapkan dalam dunia militer, dimana para perwira yang diberi kesempatan untuk memimpin sebuah organisasi, tidak semua berhasil menjadi pemimpin, namun mereka tetap memiliki otoritas sebagai Komandan atau kepala yang mengelola organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi.
